Great Stay January 2011

No Problems.
Located in a very peaceful residential neighborhood in Poblado.
Beautiful pool, restaurant, and clean rooms.
I will stay again next trip
Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, pool

Poor service

Internet should be included in the room fare. Room service needs attention. Every day they made mistakes. Ignored my online travel website voucher and made me pay again.

The Best Buy In Medellin

I have been staying at this hotel whenever I am in Medellin. It's a five star without the five star price. The staff is always courteous and willing to help you. I love the location because it's at the end of Poblado and therefore it is not noisy and the traffic is down to a minimum. The price is best feature of this hotel. I have been lucky to book a superior room with a king size bed for only $89 and this was the weekend rate. I will always use this hotel when I travel to Medellin because of it's value.
