We were treated great at this hotel, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were outstanding. The hotel was clean and the beds really comfortable, this was an excellent choice for us to stay at.
We will stay there again in the future.

Great room, great price

We stayed here two nights in May, 2009. The room, pool and breakfast were on a par with more expensive properties. We were pleasantly surprised and will stay here again.

Great Place, Great Price

We stayed here on our way down to Florida, with our 4 younger kids. A really nice place, great people, clean. The pool was nice and we were the only ones using it for most of the time. It had the nice new linens, not the old bed spreads. I really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again. Don't let the fairgrounds thing throw you off. It was a great place to stay at a great price!!

We have stayed at this establishment a couple of times since they opened and are scheduled to be there again for the Iowa Beef Expo, Iowa State Wrestling and Iowa State Fair. They offer exceptional service and even opened their breakfast up an hour earlier to accomodate our kids' schedules with their livestock. Their staff is working at all times to make your stay the best that it can be. For us it about the convenience of be so close to the fair grounds and with it being only a short distance to the interstate it makes the trek to the state wrestling a breeze (only a shuttle service would be better as parking downtown is never good).
