Centrally located in old Madrid. Can walk to museums in 15-20 minutes.

We asked for quiet room and got one, interior, with an atrium. Beds are older style matresses, but quite adequate. No wash clothes were previded (any where in Spain!). Hop on Hop Off right across the street, so could easily get to all major attractions. Took getting use to the hours of meal serving in Spain. They are different, so Hotel's dining room not always open when we wanted it. So we ate well at the mid-day meal, and lighter in evening. Hotel breakfasts were outstanding! All meals we had at the Hotel were well done, well prepared, and very tasty. Very attentive staff without being over-bearing. Many groups stay here, so they have many rooms, and they know how to communicate with all peoples of many countries. With all the busle, it was still very refined, and they managed to treat everyone very well.
