Highly recommend this hotel. Room was fantastic. Large enough living space we did not have to be in the bedroom all day and night. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing is to pay that much and still have to pay for internet service. McDonalds has free wifi at there restaurants why not a 5 star hotel.

THe hotel had friendly staff and it was very clean and welcoming. it was worth the price. I wish i couldve stayed longer :)

I was very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were large and clean. Two televisions were great with multiple children. Loved the microwave and frig. The children loved the pool! The different restaurants were good for meeting different needs. The shuttle service to the parks was critical. The only suggestion I would have is to have a shuttle or two that leave to go to the park in the PM so that you can take break in the early afternoon and return to the park in the evening. Great stay!

It is so wonderful that this hotel is "all-suite"...it makes being away from home so much more comfortable when everyone can have "their own space"! For example, if my son was watching something on TV, I could go in the other room if I needed to make a phone call, and neither one of us would be disturbed. Or, if one of us woke up before the rest of the family, you could go in the other room and not worry about disturbing anyone. Also, the swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. It is fantastic, with a great water slide and a cool waterfall. Perfect for HOT Florida!! We had a ball...really enjoyed staying here and would definitely consider coming back!

Couldn't have asked for a better trip. Room was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Beds were super comfortable. Dining options were great...anything from quick snack on the run to formal dining....loved the breakfast buffet at the Tropicale! Although the facility is geared toward the business traveler with the conference centers, we and the other vactioners were right at home. Very kid friendly with that awesome pool and arcade.

This hotel is amazing, car rental on site, shuttles to Disney World and shopping, restaurants, 24 hour store, spa amenities, amazing pool and the staff will blow you away with their service! Our family can't wait to go back. It was definitely a home away from home:)

The pool area is amazing. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was pricy but stay away from the scrambled "eggs." Complaint - $10 charge for internet usage!

I was impressed with the size of my room. We had a sitting area with a desk, television, sofa, and chair. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was very modern.

The hotel was closer to a 3 then a 4. Towels torn and stained. Decor low quality bed matress sagged. Grounds needs landscaping mulch missing in areas.

IN FEW WORDS, OUR STAY WAS FABULOUS, HOME AWAY FROM HOME. ME AND MY HUSBAND TRAVELED WITH 3 YOUNG CHILDREN (8, 5, AND 7 MONTHS) EVERYDAY OUR ROOM WAS IMMACULATELY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. THE BEDS WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. THE DAILY FREE SHUTTLE TO ALL DISNEY WORLD THEME PARKS WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS A GOOD DEAL, BUT THE LUNCH AND DINNER OPTIONS WERE A BIT NON SELECTIVE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN, OTHER THAN BURGERS AND FRIES. THERE WAS A HUGE DINING SELECTION IF ONE TOOK A 2.2 MILE CAB RIDE NORTH OF THE HOTEL. OH, AND CAN'T FORGET THE GORGEOUS POOL/WATERFALL AND GARDEN LUSH GROUNDS, AND OF COURSE FRIENDLY STAFFING. GREAT STAY!!!

The hotel was very easy to get to.from the airport. The rooms were comfortable and it was about a five seven minutes from the parks. It has a lot of restaurants nearby. We had a great experience would definitely.go back.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in may and were very pleased! The pool was great...bigger than most and had a waterslide (small but still entertaining). Concierge and hotel staff were accommodating....they let us print out our boarding passes for free. Housekeeping was diligent and timely and always gave us extra towels. Hotel convenient to find from Orlando international airport and is minutes away from Disney, universal studios, I4, and international drive. I would stay here again and recommend it!

The hotel was very nice. Suites were very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff was polite when checking in. The pool was awesome!! Only thing I didn't like was there weren't enough shuttle times to and from Disney World. We ended up driving everyday, which cost $14.00 a day, but we could stay late or leave early and go back when we wanted.

Don't stay here if you do not have a car at your disposal. You are 10 miles from anything whatsoever, and the food at the hotel is 2nd rate food at fine dining prices, so you will want to be eating out. With only one exception, the hotel staff I encountered was very pleasant, and the room itself was nice. Meals are not included - even the drinkable water was overpriced.

Excellent value for the money! The staff was very friendly and the pool, rooms, & property were beautiful. Great Hotel for family time. My only complaint would be the price of the resturants on site. Free shuttle to all Disney Parks on time and very reliable pick up.
