Nice hotel, not glamorous, but clean and convenient. I've stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

I will stay here next time i am in lexington

This motel is better than the typical off-Interstate motel.
It provides a refrigerator and a microwave and there are a
good number of fast-food restaurants and a steak house nearby.
It is conveniently close to the loop road around Lexington, and to
downtown and to the Univ of Kentucky.
You have to get up early to be able to eat some of the few donuts they give for breakfast. Bring your own soap bar, the one they give is not too soapy.
An extended stay guest said that it gets noisy but we stayed four days with no complaints.

This hotel is close to EVERYTHING in Lexington

This hotel was kinda hard to find at first, but once we found it, we didn't know why we were having such a hard time !
This hotel is close to EVERYTHING in Lexington. It is off of New Circle Road and if you have ever been to Lexington, you KNOW that EVERYTHING is off of New Circle Road.
We ate at the Waffle House almost every morning and ate dinner at either Parkettes or Sonic every night during our stay. We don't have any Waffle Houses or Sonic s up here. And we always eat at Parkettes when we are in Lexington.
I didn't bring my laptop so I don't remember if there was free internet.
My husband is a coffee fiend and there was coffee maker in the room.
There even was a fridge !

Friendly staff & convenient to restaurants, but small and old

The desk staff was very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located to a number of restaurants. Convenient to the interstate. However, "recently renovated" should be taken with a grain of salt. The hotel is old, and much of the furniture looked old as well. There are a number of people who seem to live in this hotel long-term, who socialized as groups on the balconies, making for noisy evenings. We would have preferred hotels opening from corridors inside, and not opening to the outside. The room was spotless, however. The cleaning staff does a great job.

Cons: No free Internet, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great place for my quick stay

Was in town for a quick trip to visit my friend at UK, who didn't exactly have space for me overnight in her tiny dorm. So I booked this place at the last minute, but lucked out ... it was really clean, comfortable and not far at all from campus. But most importantly (to me!) was the super fast, free wireless internet. I had no problems logging on with my laptop so I was happy about that. I will stay here again next time I'm in town!

We never expected such a nice and clean hotel for the price that we paid. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel is located near plenty of restaraunts, retail stores, and night life options. This hotel was perfect for us! Very accomadating!! We'd definately stay there again.

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. For the price it is a good value for people acturally visiting within Lexington. Quite a far drive coming in from I-75/64 though. Good restaurants are nearby and the staff at the hotel is very welcoming and accomodating. I will stay there again when I come back to Lexington.

I stayed here with my wife last month and we both had a great time. We were surprised at all of the amenities that the hotel offered for the price we paid. Using the internet is a necessity for me and theirs was free and super fast. Our room had a full size fridge and microwave which came in very handy during our stay. The location was very convenient to everything, and both the hotel and our room were very clean. This hotel is rated as a one star on Travel Website, but it should at least be a 2 star if not higher. We will be staying here again!

Nice and clean, great bargain for all amenities!

My wife and I stayed here last week while meeting up with friends. Our room was very clean, nicely furnished and had everything and more that we needed. Was great to have kitchen amenities in our room so we could bring back leftovers from nearby restaurants. The staff was really pleasant and helpful with recommendations/tips about things to do in town.

We found the hotel to be very clean and the personnel very kind and professional. Desk clerk questioned patrons as to the condition of the rooms so that needs could be met or repairs done.
