One of the best hotels I stayed at......

I booked this hotel online and got a good price through the hotel site. After arriving, I found the staff very nice. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. It has an indoor pool and the pool and jacuzzi were clean. They have free WiFi but they should have a hard wire connection all so because the WiFi strength depends on how close your room is to the lobby. Overall , I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is absolutely filthy. Conforter on bed had a blood spot on it, room had dust you could wipe off with your hand, sheets looked like they had not been changed. Had to get a different room after seeing the condition of the first room....and guess what...these conditions were in the second room, first room was not cleaned at all...towels on the floor, garbage not emptied, ashes in the as tray. Hotel vending machines broken into and not functioning. Was afraid to try the pool and sauna seeing how well they took care of the rooms. Staff at the desk kept insisting we didn't pay for the room before hand, had to actually show them on our bank online access that travel online had taken the money out. Not only will I never stay here again, I won't stay at any of their properties.....I want a refund for this abslolutely horrible night. I've stayed in over 100 different hotels in my life definitely the worst ever. I understand this property was just purchased by Americas Best recently...maybe they should have cleaned the place up before taking over. Think it's in a bad neighborhood also, so the walking distance to stores might not be such a good idea.

The staff is the best ever. Needed room for over a month. The price for the quality outstanding. only improvement.okay breakfast.but hands down winner for pool, hot tub, staff, inside b ball court, racketball court etc.
will stay over and over again. no question about it
